Reservations and Cancellations

  • After picking up your preferred tour packages and the dates of your travel, you may confer about them with our tour consultant. They will be providing you with the links for you to pay the initial amount via the email sent to you. Your bookings will be activated, once you had paid the advance. If you are transferring them by debit or credit cards, you will be charged around 2.5 % of the total.
  • Details regarding your accommodation will be notified to you so that you could know to pick out the best from many. Hotel availability will be our next big thing, so we really do care about you.
  • However, you would be acquiring the hotel vouchers in accordance with the season you are wishing to holiday. Anyhow, it will be done within a week after the completion of hotel booking.
  • On the previous day of your visit, the particulars about the cab by which you will be plying will be sent to you as SMS notifications.
  • We are always open to your suggestions and opinions that could make you travel comfortably, besides offering you the facility of balance payment. You could do that by DDs, Net transfer, cash, debit or credit cards.
  • At the end of the day, we ensure that all sorts of documents are given to you for your reference.
  • We will be providing all necessary documents during this visit.

Amendment and Cancellation Policy

For Amendment:

Based on the availability of rooms in the hotels, we would be all set to make changes in the arrangements without even costing you a penny for that service. Even so, that process will be depended on the booking policy of that particular hotel. Also, the extra charges and programmes initially not included in the itinerary are supposed to be barred by the vacationers themselves.

Cancellation/No Show/Early Departure:

If you are supposedly compelled to either cancel or postpone your vacation plans, you may mail us about the same. You could make use of a user-friendly refund policy. The lowest cancellation charges will be around Rs.1000 that would be influenced by the cruise, hotel or any other kind of services you are choosing. The day on which you are mailing us will be considered as the time from which we are counting the number of days. How much earlier, you are going to notify us, that much more money will be refunded.

  • If it is 30 days or more – 80% of the paid amount
  • If it is in between 8 and 29 days – 50% of the paid amount
  • No show or if it is less than 7 days – No REFUND

From the date of your cancellation mail, it would take barely two weeks to process the refunding. In addition to that, if any unexpected instances do happen, we will be bound to refund the paid amount on the grounds of unutilised services. For which, we will be helping you around in all possible ways, nevertheless, we cannot assure you cent per cent reimbursement, as we do not hold any responsibility.
